McEachern High School Band Building

We have completed multiple projects for McEachern High School including The Soccer Field House, The Visitor’s Side Stadium Concession Renovation, and most recently, The New Band Building. The addition of the Band Building provided Mceachern with the extra space needed to house their expansive Marching Band. It is a 2 story building that is roughly 25,000 square feet. The lower level also includes a Drama classroom equipped with an elevated stage and theatrical lighting. The scope of work for this project included expansive site & concrete work, steel framing, CMU (concrete masonry unit) block walls, exterior brick walls, a built up roofing system as well as a standing seam metal roofing system, interior painted CMU block walls, store front windows, acoustical ceilings, carpet flooring, tile flooring, VCT flooring, HVAC, both high and low voltage electrical, plumbing, and installed fire sprinkler system, landscaping, and an exterior concrete walkway with brick columns and canopy.
