Upon conception in 1994, K & S Contractors, Inc worked primarily as a residential construction business. Though we have expanded into commercial, we take great pride in our expansive knowledge of residential construction as well as our ability to provide our customers with limitless options. Typical residential construction consists of, but is not limited to site work including clearing and grubbing, temporary facilities, temporary utilities such as power and water, temporary fencing for job site security, excavation and earthwork, concrete, wood framing, roofing such as standing seam metal or architectural shingle roof, HVAC (heating ventilation and air conditioning), electrical to include power and lighting, low voltage electrical such as telephones, cable TV, security alarm, and fire detection devices, plumbing, insulation, drywall, flooring such as carpet, ceramic tile, or marble, finish carpentry such as base board, chair railing, and crown molding, painting, cabinetry, countertops, and appliances. There really isn’t anything we can’t do!
